Study Booth provides services that can be purchased and paid for online or offline via the website and application. We will need personal and business details during the purchasing process.

Legal Requests for information
Under a court order, Study Booth may be obliged to divulge personally identifiable information to government authorities. We shall provide the information requested by such government departments/agencies if they have the legal right to access our data and make the appropriate inquiries.
With whom do we share your information?
We would only share personally identifiable information with third parties if:
- You consent to our sharing of this information.
- We must take legal action against a subscriber who has violated our user agreement.
- They provide services to Study Booth. These third parties’ rights to use such information are limited.
- They are affiliates bound to privacy rules similar to this one that protect your personally identifiable information from disclosure.
How long do we retain your information?
As per our policy, we keep your information in our database for as long as you are a subscriber and, by default, for 12 months after your subscription is terminated. You can request that your data be permanently deleted sooner if you wish, but it will remain in backups for three months.

Study Booth website and application have different security procedures in place to protect the information in our control from loss, abuse, and alteration. While no safety mechanism is perfect, we feel that these precautions are in line with good practice, as modern technology allows. Email Privacy
Email marketing has always been one of our top techniques. Permission-based emailing is a critical component of these best practices. If you receive emails from Study Booth or a partner, it is because you have chosen to receive such emails or because they are explicitly relevant to services requested.

All incoming and outgoing calls are recorded for contractual and training purposes. We keep call records for 24 months and never share them with third parties.
